To Launch the DFS Group's largest-ever Annual Beauty Campaign, we harnessed the current Metaverse excitement and crafted the brand's inaugural virtual realm known as DFS World.

Throughout the world, customers can engage in interactive experiences, displays, and limited-time offers from their favorite beauty brands; and enjoy an array of exciting in-store activations. Customers are invited to explore the travel retailer’s beauty-themed metaverse to capture exclusive DFS NFTs

We take a deeper dive into branded planets.

Inside these larger-than-life planets, our shoppers are met with a plethora of experiences co-created by DFS and brand partners. Shop for digital and physical travel exclusives, watch exclusive brand content, and interact with the brand in a whole new way.
 

Brands can use their planet to have direct dialogue with shoppers and learn more about what makes them tick.

Magical Makeovers at the Interstellar Beauty Bar

Shoppers can browse a wide range of beauty products across skincare, fragrance and cosmetics AND interact with them using their customizable avatars to explore textures, notes and shades.

To incentivize purchases, shoppers are rewarded with stamps in their DFS Passport.Purchasing exclusive products (both physical and digital) unlocks custom stamps that act as a point of pride shoppers can showcase to the rest of the community.
